“This is the type of company you want to make business with. Ricardo was very professional and took his time to educate me as a homeowner on my own house pipes, drains and issues. He shows you the camera so you can see your home drains, and explains everything he sees through the cam. Also the scheduling system is very accurate and fast.”

“He repaired a leak from the city water main into our house and helped us apply for refund from the water company. He stood by his estimate. We would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to a friend.”

“We have had positive experiences with this company, and have found them to be efficient, professional and caring. They did a great job solving an issue we were having with our gas fireplace. And they even helped us with troubleshooting over the phone on a Sunday evening!”

“Perfect installation and punctuality”

“I sincerely appreciated the leadership of this company for their genuine concern and priority in ensuring my complete satisfaction with their services. I would confidently recommend their services owing to their commitment to strong business fundamentals and attentive listening to customer concerns. The installation of my new underground water line was carried out precisely as I specified, and I am highly satisfied with the outcome.”
