“Despite the unexpected challenges we experienced while installing the new faucet, Mark was absolutely amazing! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, was upfront and honest about the work that needed to be done, and handled every obstacle with incredible patience and professionalism. Most importantly, he made sure the job was done right. I am 1,000% satisfied with the final result! Mark did an amazing job, and I truly appreciate the care and attention he put into the installation. 10/10 — I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone I know and will definitely be using them again for future projects. Thanks again, Mark! You are absolutely awesome!”

“I own a historic multi-family property in Riverside, and we were dealing with a main sewer line blockage. Before performing any repairs, they completed a camera inspection at no additional charge to accurately diagnose the issue. Once they identified the problem, they had the proper equipment to complete the repair the same day. As a new multifamily property owner, finding contractors I can trust is incredibly important. Their honesty, transparency, and quality of work gave me confidence that I was in good hands. They also offer a military discount, which was an added bonus and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Totally Hooked Plumbing & Drains to anyone looking for dependable, knowledgeable plumbers. They’ve earned my trust and will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. Thank you again to Collin, John, Brendan, and the entire team for the outstanding service!”
