“We had new appliances that needed to be installed due to the delivery company not doing as contracted. We contacted them and they came out the next morning and did a fantastic job. There was an unknown plumbing issue found and they fixed it perfectly after running out to get the parts. I highly recommend them and would use them again anytime.”

“Bluefrog Plumbing was on time and already working on my water softener when I got home. The tech was courteous and explained to me what he did. Told me it would take a day or two for my water softener to brine, and it is working perfectly now. He also installed a water filter on my kitchen sink. Job well done!”

“After our AC system unexpectedly broke, this company made a stressful situation much easier to handle. They responded quickly, explained our options clearly, and helped us choose the right replacement system without any pressure. The installation was smooth and professional — the team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they finished. You can tell they take pride in their work. Our new system runs perfectly, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair or replacement!”

“We have a very elaborate water filtration system that was installed shortly before we moved in. It was installed incorrectly and has already malfunctioned, but the previous warranty not good because the company before installed it incorrectly. Blake at Isotope is was very knowledgeable about the system and patiently explained our options of repair or replacement. He was referred to us by a colleague and we felt very fortunate to have Blake out. We chose to install a new system, rather to put an extensive amount into a repair on a machine that was damaged. He provided a warranty and installation for a very competitive price.”

“James was very kind and helped out best he could. While the pipe itself is very calcified and needs a jet, he was able to snake out as much as he could to at least get the tub working again. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to work with our budget as a new family.”

“Dominic arrived at the expected time and began work shortly thereafter. He was friendly and respectful. Before he started work, he advised me that the heater he would be installing was taller than the one being replaced and assured me that it would not be a problem. He began his work and finished in a much shorter time frame than I anticipated. Once completed,he cleaned the work area then called me over to see the completed work and to explain certain features that were not on the previous heater, and to advise me that a company representative would return in a year to followup with rountine maintenance. He gave me the warranty paperwork and invited me to contact the company if I had problems.I appreciate Dominic's attitude. While professional, it was also personable. He was very courteous and easy to talk to.Should I need this type service again, I hope the Ben Franklin Company will send Dominic back.Totally satisfied,Mary Gibson-WorldsSeffner, Florida”
