Garrett Mechanical was the only one who gave me a fair quote, significantly cheaper than the others — and they could come the next day. The PRV job was harder than a normal swap because the meter is underground, so they had to dig a big hole and replace it. They didn’t charge extra for that labor. They were also transparent on the water heater: the price, what went to labor, and what was included. They have a better than expected two-year labor warranty. They were on time, professional, and easy to work with, and finished both jobs in one afternoon even with the digging. A few days later everything is still running fine. Really appreciate it.”
