“I was dealing with a failing water heater and, on a tight budget, got quotes from several companies, most of which were around $2,500. That felt too high for a standard replacement, so I decided to buy my own unit for about $400. However, as we started installing it ourselves, we realized we needed a professional due to the pipe adjustments and the limited space. The old water heater was already touching the sink, and when we realized the new one was slightly bigger, we thought we would have to downsize the sink just to make it fit, which would have added even more cost. Other quotes came in at around $800 for installation, plus an additional $300 just to move the sink. I then reached out to Beam & Brass, and Oscar responded quickly and was very communicative. He came out the same day, assessed everything, and found a way to make it work without replacing the sink, which saved us that extra expense. The work was completed the same day at a very reasonable price, and the quality was excellent. Overall, I saved around $1,400. Oscar and his team were a huge help, and I highly recommend them.”

“enjoyed that they came to access for free before giving me a quote so I was able to have them come check it out and then quote me a price as they saw fit instead of me already paying 100+ for someone to come see and then telling me they can’t do it. But they were very careful of taking care of the toilets and they were very nice to my cats and got the work done very fast.”
