“I hired Joshua to replace my kitchen faucet. He was punctual, professional, and got the job done efficiently. A few days later, I noticed water coming from the kitchen floor and wasn’t sure if it was related to the faucet installation. Joshua kindly came back to inspect it, and after checking thoroughly, he found out the issue was actually from my refrigerator, not the faucet. He didn’t charge me anything for the follow-up visit, even though it was a very hot day. I really appreciate his honesty, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommended!”

“BPM reviews are definitely deserved. Matt’s customer service and responsiveness was stellar. We ran into a hiccup with the WSSC inspection but it was no fault of BPM. The water heater was installed by a father and son duo who my husband stated were phenomenal. They were professional got the job done, cleaned up the area and left us happy. Really good work and personnel.”
