He refused to walk into the home without shoe covers on even though I told him it was ok. He even put shoe covers on the machines wheels! He asked permission before he did anything! Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve the issue during the visit but did he make an effort to diagnose the problem and attempted several solutions, and offered advice on how to move forward.
