“As a homeowner in Rhode Island, that gave me complete confidence that I was hiring a legitimate, qualified company. When they inspected my system, they took the time to explain everything that was outdated and showed me exactly why replacing my old oil boiler and furnace with a new high-efficiency system would be the better long-term investment. There was never any pressure—just honest recommendations backed by knowledge. The transformation was incredible. The old mechanical room was completely outdated, and they replaced it with a clean, professionally installed high-efficiency furnace and Navien combi boiler. The copper piping is beautifully organized, everything is properly supported, and the entire installation looks like it was built with pride. They also left the area cleaner than they found it. You can immediately see the difference between the before and after. Not only does the new system look amazing, but it’s quieter, far more efficient, and gives me peace of mind knowing it was installed correctly. It’s hard to find contractors in Rhode Island who are this honest, knowledgeable, and committed to doing things the right way. If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about quality workmanship and stands behind what they install, I highly recommend Prime Build & Comfort.”

Definitely a five star review.”
