When they arrived I explained the problem and they let me know my pump had been wired incorrectly for 12 years. My GFCI plug had got bad but they told me the pump should have never been connected to the plug. They installed a new GFCI plug and wired the pump to the correct side of the plug. Now if the plug trips the pump keeps running as scheduled. Richard explained everything as he went along. I was very impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. Based on my experience I’d recommend R&R to anyone.”
