“He took pictures and provided a video of our sewer pipes in the crawl space under our home. With this information, I was able to have an informed argument with the original plumbing company...which resulted in the original plumbing company honoring their warranty and correcting their non-plumbing-code-work that we couldn't see under the house. Since the work was re-done by the original plumber, we are taking showers and washing clothes without bubbling toilets and backed-up plumbing lines. Thank you Plumbing Authority and Mikhail for all of your help! Tip to others: Start with Plumbing Authority and make sure you have a licensed plumber before work commences.”

“Josh responded to our call and and come out in less than 24 hours to fix our mini split HVAC unit. He was more than happy to jump in and undo the mistakes that the previous installer had made. He also installed a new pump to address the water dripping on the floor and recharged our system. Now it blow nice and cold. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend his services to any one looking for a no fluff technician that knows what he is doing. His prices were up front and professional. I will definitely be contacting him in the future if I have any other issues.”
