“He replaced three old 1976 leaky pipes under our kitchen sink and in the ceiling plumbing. He cut out very small holes in the drywall, as small as he could to still be able to get to this hard-to-reach pipe that was leaking. He even apologized that he had to cut the drywall at all. He communicated with both me and my husband about what he saw in the crawl space - a yellow mold that actually eats wood. We appreciated the heads up and will have their comfort specialist come out to inspect it. It's great to know that So Good is now handling crawl space encapsulation. So Good has done a fantastic job of training their techs. I have never worked with a more respectful company in this industry. I would trust any of their techs to come in and do what they have to do while treating our home and family as respectfully as they would their own home and family.
