“I’ve reached out to multiple companies. While most of them were willing to show up tomorrow, Andrew right away started triage by asking us to try multiple things instead of discussing about service scheduling. He also sent a video which finally helped us fix the issue. He was thorough, detail oriented, knew what he was doing. Thank you Andrew for the support.”

“But after getting a few estimates from different companies, we knew we wanted to go with Wet Basement Services and were so glad we did!! They came out so quickly to diagnose our problem and took the time to explain everything. Jerzy and team was so knowledgeable, confident, and so easy to work with. They even stayed late one day to meet their deadline. We appreciate their fair price, hard work, professionalism, and passion during the whole process.Thank you guys!!! We are very happy and satisfied customers who will happily recommend you to others!”
