“We had a water pipe leak in our backyard that I needed some help in diagnosing and repairing. James spoke with me by phone to talk through some diagnostic steps to figure out what the heck was going on. He gave me some cost saving steps to locate the leak and once I gave him the info he needed, he gave me a reasonable fixed rate for the work. Once I accepted the bid, he was onsite doing the repair the next day. The quality of the work appears to be excellent and I am so appreciative of his responsiveness and attentiveness. I would highly recommend Loyalty Drains & Sewers for a plumbing repair! Bob M. Lynnwood WA”

“We had A 4 inch pipe in our shop in the floor. We had no clue where it went as we just bought the place. Ned came out to scope the pipe. He showed up When he said hed be there. Unfortunately, the Pipe didnt go anywhere. It was filled with rocks and water, and Ned gave us a great deal. Even took some money off his quote as it was A busted pipe dream for us to have a bathroom in our shop.”
