“Jake and his partner came to my home on August 21st. I found them to be friendly and Jake answered my questions. The job was quoted and the work was completed. Jake used the snake on the drain, and he put a new piece of pipe under my bathroom sink. Five Stars!”

“I had a bathroom sink that I could not snake out myself, so I reluctantly called a plumber. You could not find a nicer human to help w your plumbing or HVAC! They were prompt on the phone and kept me apprised of their arrival time. Robert himself and an apprentice showed up around dinner time and had the right touch that I lacked to get the drain snake into the right place and clear my drain. I have a two sink setup that drains into a third pipe, and of course there’s no cleanout, so it was tricky. Whole visit was less than an hour, and some of that was just jawing with him, because Robert is so pleasant. And so was Enrique, his partner on the job. Enrique was eager and friendly. Happy to have these guys in my home, they’re great people. They charged the same as I have paid for similar services in the past, and even helped me find some things about my home that I didn’t know. Highly recommend Robert!”

“I had a kitchen and connected bathroom sink fully clogged. Sent a message to Pipers at 8:35 AM on Thumbtack. Received a response and a call at 8:44. Plumber at my house a little after 10. Clog fixed, cleaned up, paid for, and plumber out the door by about 12:45. Got a video of the state of the old pipes. Great service and I would use again.”

“James and Ken are men of integrity and skill. What was promised was delivered and then some. I have a 108 year old much loved home, the pipe was original - that pretty much says it all. It was a tricky situation. I had FIVE other plumbers over the course of 2 years ‘assess’ the job and the scope of their solution was always WAY more in demolition, money and frankly stress. I just wanted what was there - replaced. Two years we’d been without a upstairs working toilet! Yes I paid for this work (at a very fair price) but the experience with James and Ken was rare. I respected the men and their work but I felt supported and actually cared about in the process. Please read that sentence again - is that how you feel about men of a trade these days? I am forever grateful to them and am already arranging another project. They are truly engaged in what they do (for the right reasons) and it shows.”

“I put in a request to get my cracked pipe fixed the night before and got a response the next morning. And got it fixed a few hours later. Andy also gave a tip on preventing future cracks. Appreciated that. Highly recommend”

“Andy replaced a pipe that was leaking in our crawl space. He came to take a look at it and give us an estimate and then stayed and fixed it. No more leak. Very clean, thorough and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.”
