“I started discussing my deck project with Sonny around January of this year. From our very first conversation, I felt comfortable working with him. I really appreciated his attention to detail, patience, and willingness to answer all of my questions. He provided an estimate within a few days, but I decided to wait a few months until after the winter before moving forward.During that time, I did more research and decided to upgrade the project to Trex Transcend Lineage Island Mist decking with Trex Signature aluminum railings. Since these were considerably more expensive materials than we had originally discussed, Sonny patiently worked with me to revise the estimate and go through the different options. After comparing his proposal with quotes from a couple of other contractors, I decided to go with INEX Construction, and I'm very glad I did.Once I signed the contract, Sonny got to work right away. He provided all the documentation and drawings I needed for my homeowners association and township approvals. As soon as the permits and approvals were in place, he scheduled the project promptly.Sonny and his crew worked incredibly hard and completed the deck in about a week. I was especially impressed with how patiently Sonny worked with the township inspector through the different stages of inspection and made adjustments whenever necessary. His crew was professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work.I'm extremely happy with how the finished deck turned out. The workmanship is excellent, and I've already had several neighbors comment on how beautiful it looks.I would highly recommend Sonny and INEX Construction LLC to anyone considering a new deck. Sonny listens to what you want, works with you throughout the process, and has a hardworking team that delivers a beautiful finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.”

“I was taken aback with the explanations the caused obviously the effect of it. Lol This gentleman was thorough and precise. Oh yeah, he was thoughtful and apologetic with the mess. Noting he was constantly cleaning. Left my kitchen sink and surrounding spotless.”

“Mike and his crew do some of the best work. They show up and deliver expert level craftsmanship. They work in a timely manor and clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend Cousins III to anyone looking to make improvements on their home. Thanks for all the help!!!!”

“Thomas and his crew, came in on time and communicated with me throughout the entirety of the project. They took pride in their work and ensured everything was done to perfection. I would definitely use Garrison Contracting again for my next home project.”

“Dave and his team did a wonderful job on our deck. They always started the job on time and we were very happy with how everything turned out.”
