“I had a bathroom renovated by this company to replace work by a previous contractor that had many defects. I should have hired Luxe Construction first because they did a very good job. They are very good at tiling which is not an easy thing to do. Tile spacing was correct with no lippage and the grout was nice. Some custom tile work was done per my request and it was completed exactly as I requested. The crew was competent, respectful, friendly and they seemed to enjoy working and doing things right - it is hard to find these qualities today in most contractors. Also, price was reasonable considering the quality of work performed.”

“This is very responsive guy. His price is very fair. These types of workmen are difficult to find particularly when the task is small. I'm very happy to have found him. There's always things a homeowner needs and often they go untouched because you can't find a decent guy. Well here he is!”

“I was taken aback with the explanations the caused obviously the effect of it. Lol This gentleman was thorough and precise. Oh yeah, he was thoughtful and apologetic with the mess. Noting he was constantly cleaning. Left my kitchen sink and surrounding spotless.”

“Mike and his crew do some of the best work. They show up and deliver expert level craftsmanship. They work in a timely manor and clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend Cousins III to anyone looking to make improvements on their home. Thanks for all the help!!!!”

“Dave and his team did a wonderful job on our deck. They always started the job on time and we were very happy with how everything turned out.”
