Mike, Asher and crew produced two amazing bathrooms for us. Full gut renovations with revised floor plans. You can see the original versus the finished product. On budget and time. Of course with any project like this, we had our bumps along the road, but everything was handled in a reasonable fashion. These are just honest guys that are great to work with. So my experience with LUXE was very smooth and positive. Speaking with Asher and especially Michael (business owner), I felt heard and understood as far as my expectations. I had started the project with someone who had abandoned me in the work that we had started and LUXE was willing to help. When discussing what I needed done and where I had left off, Michael was very accommodating and understanding with the game plan we had put together and the contract before moving forward. Unfortunately, I never had an opportunity to see the work that LUXE can do because prior to starting the payments and the work, I had gone with a different and more personally known contractor who I had a history with but didn’t expect to be able to use. However I had a very pleasant experience coordinating with LUXE and would recommend dealing with them 100%, especially because of Michael.
Responsive and professional
We recently bought our first house and had a punchlist of renovating 2 bathrooms and a powder room, adding recessed lights and changing electrical, painting a few rooms and removing carpet from parts of the house and matching the new floors with the existing ones and restaining the entire house. We also had an almost impossible deadline of a month in which to get all of this done. Mike and his teams came in and tackled everything so that we could move in on time. Even with supply chain issues and delays he was always on top of things and worked with us to keep things moving. He also helped with picking things up from different stores because we could not. When we found some small niggling issues after we moved in he got his teams to come back and fix them. Overall very satisfied and definitely will be working with him in the future.
