“Our project involved plaster wall removal, new drywall, mud application, and new baseboards and we are very happy with the final product! We were able to have the new wall match the existing much older walls very well, which is great!”

“When the process was done it looked awesome. They exceeded every expectation my wife and I had.”

“I worked with David and the team at NW Expert Builders in Seattle, and they did an incredible job on my backyard. They designed and built a Trex composite deck that wraps around my home, featuring a custom privacy wall, Trex decking, cable railing, and a waterproofing rain escape system that creates a dry, usable area under the deck. The craftsmanship and professionalism were outstanding. Every detail of the composite decking installation was handled with care, from design to final build. My new backyard deck has completely transformed my outdoor living space, making it perfect for relaxing and entertaining year-round. If you’re searching for reliable Seattle deck builders who specialize in Trex composite decks, privacy walls, cable railing, waterproof deck systems, and outdoor living space design, I highly recommend NW Expert Builders. David and his crew delivered a project that is both functional and beautiful, adding lasting value to my home.”

“Since our home was built in 1945, we knew the walls were old school lath and plaster and that we needed a plastering expert to come in for repairs. Enter Hamza and his team. Within 24 hours he answered my inquiry email, and a few days later we did a quote estimate onsite for a price that we could agree upon. Despite having a really tight deadline for getting the work done between our house closing date and our move-in date (only two weeks!), he made it happen and we were able to successfully begin work the day after closing. He even recommended a painter friend that was used to working behind him so that everything was dried, cured and painted just in time! The results are night and day and we are very happy with our pretty new walls. Granted, the results aren't perfect everywhere as we had a very small and tricky kitchen with tight corners that his tools couldn't always reach. But Hamza and his team did their best, and overall the house looks amazing. The living room and main bedrooms are especially gorgeous! And the little imperfections here and there are kind of nice in their own way too because it keeps the character and age of the house consistent with the older doors and molding. A word of advice though, for anyone considering doing plastering work in general. It's a very messy process. Be prepared for that, especially, with cleaning up the dust. It would have been better if we had given ourselves extra time for the cleanup. Especially since you have to put all your light fixtures and light/plug switch plates back once the process is done. In addition to giving Ornamental Plaster Area a call, I do recommend trying to do a whole house job before moving in or after moving out so it doesn't get all over your furniture! Something like 3-4 weeks will help make the process less stressful.”

“Alex and his team did an AMAZING job turning my carport into a closed in gym with insulation, painted drywall, and a nice front door. The quality of everything they did was great. They were able to match the paint to the exact color of the house. He was able to do the project for LESS THAN HALF the price of other quotes that I received. Alex was great about contact and letting me know about the progress and getting back to me right away if I had a question. He was a really nice and genuine guy. I'll use him again for future house projects that I'll need.”
