“The father and son are exceptionally good with their work! I’m glad I hired them. They patched a large hole on my my drywall and painted it. They were on time and very responsive. Their pricing was also super competitive. Will highly recommend and myself will hire them again”

“He skim coated a bathroom wall, filled 2 large plumbing cutouts with drywall, and removed old plaster from the kitchen walls (then patched & plastered) area to be ready for the new backsplash. We will definitely hire DJ to drywall again when more plumbing repairs are done in a few weeks.”

“Iconiq Construction renovated my master bathroom and they were extremely professional, trustworthy, organized, thorough and hard-working. My expectations were always met or exceeded and I love the results! I highly recommend them for your home renovation projects!”

“I worked with David and the team at NW Expert Builders in Seattle, and they did an incredible job on my backyard. They designed and built a Trex composite deck that wraps around my home, featuring a custom privacy wall, Trex decking, cable railing, and a waterproofing rain escape system that creates a dry, usable area under the deck. The craftsmanship and professionalism were outstanding. Every detail of the composite decking installation was handled with care, from design to final build. My new backyard deck has completely transformed my outdoor living space, making it perfect for relaxing and entertaining year-round. If you’re searching for reliable Seattle deck builders who specialize in Trex composite decks, privacy walls, cable railing, waterproof deck systems, and outdoor living space design, I highly recommend NW Expert Builders. David and his crew delivered a project that is both functional and beautiful, adding lasting value to my home.”

“Working with Marco and his crew was amazing! They skim coated, sanded and textured most of our upstairs living space, plus painted walls, repainted cabinets and put in a new window and kitchen back splash! They can do it all! Marco was so detailed oriented in his written quotes and was amazing with communication. He would call me to check in on how things were going, not just a text! Marco also has a very good eye for color and for this tired mom who just wanted things done, he walked through and simplified a lot of the decisions. We all love the finished project and will definitely work with New Horizons again!”

“Hamza did a quality job plastering the walls in my 100 year old house. I appreciated his prompt call and professionalism. His work lives up to his reputation. I do wish there was less leftover mess in terms of debris and plaster remnants on my floors, walls and surfaces; but in the large picture, the skilled workmanship is what I paid for. Thanks again!”
