Both technicians worked quickly and removed the old water heater safely out of the basement. We appreciated Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s professionalism when it came to communication by texting us a detailed description of each person who would be coming out to the house and when they would arrive. The communication also gave a brief background of each of the service technicians as well. BFP sent a thorough breakdown of the costs with pics via email. We are very satisfied with the new water heater and will be seeing BFP each year for the annual flush & checkup as part of the warranty.
