“Jim was easy to work with and was able to help us solve for the need to filter and soften our water with very limited space for a treatment system. After a thorough onsite meeting he helped us settle on a solution. Installation was done as promised in just a few hours on the agreed upon date and we are extremely happy with our much improved water. Jim was very thorough and responsive to our questions and concerns - before, during and after the installation. Will definitely recommend Jim to anyone needing to improve their water quality. This was our first time hiring through thumbtack and we were very happy with the whole process start to finish.”

“What can you do if your water system stops working on a Sunday? Call Westfair Water Systems! This scenario recently happened to me and I reached out to Westfair. I received an email almost immediately from Greg Shannon with his mobile number so that I could call him (again, this was on a Sunday!). We discussed the situation and he came out first thing on Monday morning and assessed the problem. He was fantastic in explaining how the system worked and quickly got the water working for us again. However, there was more work to be done to fix the problem so Greg brought his team onboard. That's where Ben and Umberto came to our rescue. When all was said and done, I was/am very happy with their service, professionalism, and responsiveness which was all delivered at a fair price. Greg, Ben, and Umberto were great to work with. I definitely plan to use them again on maintaining my water system. When you need help with your water system, do yourself a favor and call Westfair!”
