“Jorge did an outstanding job on three separate sump pump plumbing projects at my property. He is an incredibly hard worker who takes pride in doing things right the first time. From the beginning, I trusted his experience, knowledge, and recommendations, and he exceeded my expectations every step of the way. His pricing was very fair, and he takes the time to work with the customer to understand the goals of the project and make sure the end result meets expectations. It’s hard to find someone who combines this level of workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. I would absolutely hire Jorge again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality plumbing work. Thanks again, Jorge!”

“In the end we needed a new pump which he had on hand and installed for us all in one visit. He texted me the day after the installation to check that the pump was functioning as it should be. No one likes a surprise expense but it helps to have someone like JM Solutions that responds quickly. Ya gotta have water.”

“My husband and I have worked with several contractors from plumbing to electrical to handymen over the past year. We are currently doing minor upgrades to our brownstone that we purchased last year. We had a heating pipe that was corroded in our kitchen ceiling with a slow leak. Kris knows what he is doing. He also does construction and was able to patch up our ceiling which saved us time from having to find someone to fix the ceiling and added value at the same time. He was punctual and did an exceptional job! I will be hiring him for future projects.”

“He was professional and the quality of work was beyond my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them and would work with them again! 5 stars”

“work was done professionally and effectively. will choose this provider again for my plumbing needs”

“H2O, did a stellar job repairing my garbage disposal. Dazhan, hopefully I spelled that correctly, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would use again.”
