“He fixed our leaking pipe and replaced it quickly, working meticulously and cleanly throughout. He was prompt, responsive, and reasonable with pricing. Finding a good plumber in this area is genuinely hard. We got some ridiculous quotes from bigger plumbing companies that tried to scare us with problems that didn't even exist. Ideal was a exactly what we needed, honest, skilled, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I have worked with several contractors from plumbing to electrical to handymen over the past year. We are currently doing minor upgrades to our brownstone that we purchased last year. We had a heating pipe that was corroded in our kitchen ceiling with a slow leak. Kris knows what he is doing. He also does construction and was able to patch up our ceiling which saved us time from having to find someone to fix the ceiling and added value at the same time. He was punctual and did an exceptional job! I will be hiring him for future projects.”

“Luis did an outstanding job at my rental property. He replaced an old toilet and installed a new sump pump with a battery backup system. Everything was done professionally, the work was clean, and he took the time to explain how the backup system works. He showed up on time, charged a fair price, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Its hard to find someone this reliable. I highly recommend Flow On The Go Plumbing & Drain Cleaning for any plumbing work!”

“Had a great experience with GroundWorks for sealing our crawlspace! The crew that showed up every day worked efficiently to get the job done. I appreciated their communication through each step of the process and their effort to keep our home as clean as possible while they worked. At times when they didnt have the answers for us, they always made sure to follow up with someone who could get us the right answer. Special shout out to our crew Ryan, Ailton, Ray, Alex C, Brandon R, Jaden G and Mike C.”

“As a new homeowner, having a plumber I trust is critical, and I trust Jim and his team. Jim is very communicative, they show up on time and prepared for the work, and do (from what I can tell) a great job. Jim and Heli are both really nice, happy to explain things that are beyond my almost non-existent plumbing knowledge, and very courteous. So far, Jim has replaced my hot water heater, checked out all the taps and toilets after my inspector recommended it, and came out with no more than 24 hours' notice when my sewer line backed up during the first weekend after we moved in, with no problems since then. He also gave me some great info about pricing for future projects I'm considering which helps me plan my home renovation list, and his prices seem very fair to me. Jim and Plumbums are the only plumbers I want to work with and I am more than happy to recommend them!”

“Had them do a sewer pipe repair. The tech they sent out was super knowledgeable and great about keeping me informed. The price was fair and the work was done quick. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.”
