“My husband and I have worked with several contractors from plumbing to electrical to handymen over the past year. We are currently doing minor upgrades to our brownstone that we purchased last year. We had a heating pipe that was corroded in our kitchen ceiling with a slow leak. Kris knows what he is doing. He also does construction and was able to patch up our ceiling which saved us time from having to find someone to fix the ceiling and added value at the same time. He was punctual and did an exceptional job! I will be hiring him for future projects.”

“H2O, did a stellar job repairing my garbage disposal. Dazhan, hopefully I spelled that correctly, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would use again.”

“We texted 3 different plumbing companies to get estimates. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was the first to respond back within minutes of the inquiry via Thumbtack so we went BFP. They definitely live up to their motto of being responsive and punctual. Chris Bloomfield came out to assess the situation and confirmed that it was not the sump pump but the water heater. He contacted the office immediately after going over the costs with us and giving us three different options to choose from. We chose the water heater with a 6 yr warranty with the company. On the same day, Everton Russell and Ami Pineda came out to install the new water heater. Ami explained how to control the temperature of the water heater. Both technicians worked quickly and removed the old water heater safely out of the basement. We appreciated Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s professionalism when it came to communication by texting us a detailed description of each person who would be coming out to the house and when they would arrive. The communication also gave a brief background of each of the service technicians as well. BFP sent a thorough breakdown of the costs with pics via email. We are very satisfied with the new water heater and will be seeing BFP each year for the annual flush & checkup as part of the warranty. Thank you BFP for your responsiveness, quality and professionalism!”

“He suggested a plumber add a fitting to the pipe where he could work his magic to pin point the leak. Isaac and Tom returned to the site later the same day and spent some more time and diligence to pinpoint the leak. Our crew excavated at the location suggested by Isaac; in the 20x30 classroom! And as we uncovered the pipe in the small suggested area, we located both the main, and then the leak, approx 18” from where they pin pointed it! We appreciate most excellent work; we had to dig in the right place, and without Isaac and Tom and their diligence and willingness to come back and pin point it; we would not been using anyone’s time wisely. To be within 18” over 300’ without any water surfacing; is like hitting the center of the bullseye with a bow and arrow! We thank Isaac, Tom the entire crew for their excellent work.”
