“They quickly identified and repaired a leaking pipe in our main water line that feeds our House and sprinkler system. They were excellent at communicating throughout the process, very prompt, and the price was very fair for the quality of work. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.”

“But that was not the case with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. After I tried everything to unstop my toilet Eric from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing arrived and fixed the toilet in 10 minutes. Thats why I highly recommend the company, its technicians and its work ethic to anyone who needs a plumber.”

“repaired the toilet quick and fast, and did a great job”

“We had an issue with our water heater and a leaky pipe, and he was able to fix it all our problems. We will absolutely be asking for him in the future for any of our future needs!”

“He diagnosed the plumbing issue which was a main line pipe blockage, worked to give us some relief from the flooding and came back the next morning with a team to finish the work. Price was very reasonable and options provided for payment. I absolutely would recommend 10/10”

“He came out to look at an upstairs plumbing issue at my mothers home, and even though he wasnt able to complete that repair the same day, I appreciated how thorough and professional he was. Instead of rushing to order a random part, he took the time to properly inspect everything, take pictures, and do further assessment so he could make sure the correct part is ordered and the job is done the right way. What also stood out to me was that before leaving, he still took the time to come downstairs and fix another plumbing issue for my mother, which made her very happy. That level of care, honesty, and professionalism goes a long way. Thank you again, Rod, for your patience and quality service.”
