“Responded extremely quick, came out same day, got the job done. So far very pleased!”

“Connelly Plumbing Solutions after I saw a positive review from another person in my community. I spoke to Bill, and within a few hours, he had a technician out to the house telling me exactly what my problem was. He resolved the issue. Of course, I think I may have done something that required them to come back out. Of course, Bill had one of his guys come out who was super friendly, helpful, and got me up and running again with no charge. You can tell Bill has high standards for his company and his employees, which I appreciate, as it seems like many service-based companies don't care about the service part of their job. It's refreshing to see the balance of amazing customer service with excellent skills, and I certainly will be contacting them again should I have any more plumbing issues.”

“He was able to repair the issue in only one day notice and despite me getting quotes from four different companies, he was by far the best and most reasonably priced. He went above and beyond and took care of items that werent even part of the original order would absolutely use him”

“They really are heroes. Karl shower up, inspected the problem, a leaking toilet was not leaking. He did not charge a cent. This company is totally left. Wonderful customer service. h”

“He was here to repair what another handy man installed. He did a great job and did exactly (and a bit more) what he said he was going to do. I wish I found him first. I plan on using him again.”

“I needed a floor drain unclogged, and Poor John's Plumbing came to the rescue. Communication was excellent, and the tech who showed up was courteous, knowledgeable, and effective in getting the job done. I'll definitely call on these guys again when in need.”
