“He is very professional, courteous and through in his inspection. He installed a new faucet and fix my water filtration system. There were no problems associated with the job he did. He also inspect my heater system for free. I definitely recommend for anyone who wants a good job.. I would absolutely continue to use him in the future.”

“Additionally, Mitchell (great plumber) did not automatically assume that the problem was a busted sewer line (as the other companies did), but drilled down to the root of the problem! He took the least expensive route first, rather than the most expensive! It turns out that his 25 years of expertise and sheer gut intuitiveness was spot on!!!! He cleared the line of a myriad of debris - hydrojetting the line to run freely once again. Crisis and high costs avoided! Thank you Mitchell! You are a great asset to Number One, and a highly refreshing professional! Thank you for your labor and experience! Your companies contact info will now be our go to from this point forward! Thanks again!”

“checked situation the plumbing was old so capped the pipes for future installation”

“All the lines were done incorrectly. It is more work than I thought right now, but will save a lot of money by doing it correctly. I wont have to replace the entire water heater!Thank you David!”

“I typically do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so in this case because of how happy and satisfied I am with the exceptional AC service work I received from Galactic Mechanical Services LLC. As with any home repair, I usually research as much as possible on the best product, price, and vendor when embarking on a project. I have to say, I was immediately impressed with their professionalism, clear communication, and response time. Their Service Manager answered all my questions and was able to offer various product options that was appropriate for my home, which aligned nicely with my budget. The turnaround for the installation of the new unit was quick, and I found it honorable that they followed up with me to ensure that the unit was functioning properly -- and to check if I had any concerns. Their quality installation was completed with the utmost care and integrity throughout the entire process, and Im comforted by the fact that I chose a knowledgeable vendor who demonstrated the values and talent that now allows me to enjoy my cool house during these hot summer months. I had to share my experience because Im always grateful when I learn of skilled, respectable, honest businesses that I can add to my contact list for home repairs. Again, I highly recommend their services, and have no doubt that Galactic Mechanical Services LLC would exceed your expectations, as they did mine. Believe me this is definitely one for your list!”
