He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to have around. He was also training the new guy who was also sweet. He also made sure to give some well-deserved praise to my mom, Tina, who works in the office and, as the ONLY female in the office, apparently has to keep all these men in line. And then theres Jonathan, who helped secure the appointment and was just as funny and personable. Between Jonathan getting us on the schedule, Tina holding down the office, and Zach coming out to take care of business, this whole experience was smoother than I expected from a plumbing company which, lets be honest, is not usually the category of service you associate with fun. Everyone was courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and actually seemed to enjoy what they do. That says a LOT.Big shout-out to Zach, Jonathan, and especially Tina! “He also said a couple of their guys would come out in about an hour to do the repairs and install the new faucet. Then Jason and Evan arrived that afternoon to do those jobs. Everything was done and I am happy with it. A friend asked me if Halfmoon was too expensive. Well, I don’t know. There is no way that I know of to get bids on everything from other plumbers. I do know these guys were extremely professional and explained exactly what each job would be and about how long it would take. Every person was polite and took time to explain what needed to be done. This is the best group of guys”
