“If youre looking for a plumbing, heating, or cooling company that actually makes you feel like a human being instead of a walking invoice, call Hickman!Zach was the technician who came out to help us, and let me just say this man deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly his own parade. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to have around. He was also training the new guy who was also sweet. He also made sure to give some well-deserved praise to my mom, Tina, who works in the office and, as the ONLY female in the office, apparently has to keep all these men in line. And then theres Jonathan, who helped secure the appointment and was just as funny and personable. Between Jonathan getting us on the schedule, Tina holding down the office, and Zach coming out to take care of business, this whole experience was smoother than I expected from a plumbing company which, lets be honest, is not usually the category of service you associate with fun. Everyone was courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and actually seemed to enjoy what they do. That says a LOT.Big shout-out to Zach, Jonathan, and especially Tina! Hickman is lucky to have this crew and customers are lucky to have a company that treats people right.10/10 would call them again. Hopefully not because something else breaks, but if it does I know who Im calling!”

“There employees where very professional and courteous. I will never use anyone else from now on. The spot on plumbing you the best.”

“I will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues!”

“We purchased an older home and wanted some plumbing infrastructure upgrades. We have more projects on the list and will definitely use Murray electric and plumbing in the future.”

“I hired Maston's to flush my water heater and to update less than stellar plumbing work that had been done by a different plumber. Not only did they handle the job with ease, but were polite, professional, respectful and quite skillful. In addition to handling the water heater issues, they managed to significantly increase the water pressure throughout the house without charging for doing so. The work was done quickly and was reasonably priced. Maston's will be my plumber from now on!”

“Great experience with this plumbing company! They fixed my water heater quickly and did a great job. Everything looks great, and I’m very happy with the work. Professional and efficient.”
