“I will use M & G Cleaning Services again. He even cleaned the built-up mud on the driveway. Again, great work.”

“inspectors for multiple homes across three different states, and honestly, Ive always walked away feeling underwhelmed, either by the quality of the inspection, the lack of professionalism, or both. That changed with Josh and his expertise. From start to finish, the experience was professional, thorough, and incredibly well organized. The inspection itself was thorough, and the final report was delivered quickly and went far beyond anything Ive received in the prior home I sold. For the first time, I felt genuinely confident moving forward with a home purchase because I truly understood the condition of the house. Sherlock Homes Inspector absolutely lives up to the name, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!”

“Warren was very helpful in answering all of my questions as well as suggestions.”
