“Technicians were professional and courteous”

“Had Brian come out and do a plumbing pipe repair. A more than fair price and work was done promptly and of high quality.”

“Reattached a loose pvc pipe, added a Jones valve, cleaned off our outside unit, and flushed the clog from the p-trap drain. We really trust him. He has extensive experience and was honest about what needed to be done. The previous company came and told us we needed a unit b/c ours was too small. He wanted to replace our a/c with the same ton unit- guess he thought we wouldnt know. We were really glad we had someone we could trust to tell us the real story!!”

“I had a plumbing issue that I initially thought was related to my A/C, and Caleb was recommended by a friend. He responded immediately, arrived quickly, and had the issue resolved the same day.Caleb was professional, knowledgeable, fair, and even followed up the next week to make sure everything was still working properly. He also shared helpful preventive-maintenance tips to avoid future problems.I especially appreciate that Crusader Services is a locally family-owned Christian business that operates with honesty, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve others. I highly recommend Caleb and Crusader Services for anyone looking for trustworthy, outstanding plumbing service!”
