“I called on a Sunday and explained my water heater was not working and was leaking. That same Sunday, Andrew came out personally to asses the situation and make sure the leak was stopped from doing a further damage, assess what needed to be done and explained how it was going to be fixed and quoted me an extremely fair price for my repair. The team came out the very next day so we didn’t have to go another day without hot water. From start to finish I was impressed with the quality of work, professionalism of the team and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure their customer was taken care. As a consumer, there are a lot of plumbers to choose from and hands down you need to put A.U. plumbing at the top of your list to hire to do your plumbing work. I’ll keep using the team as long as they’ll have me as a customer. Thank you Andrew, Marcos and Trey for what could have been a painful and expensive experience to one of relief and gratitude for their work.”

“Saul did an excellent job on our water softener. Quoted us a fair price, arrived on time, and was very neat and professional. Will not hesitate to recommend!”

“Excellent service and got my water pressure running again. Will use again for plumbing issues.”

“My hot water heater went out so, I called around to get quotes for a replacement. So, I had three other companies come and was also told my pressure relief valve was bad. I got quotes as high as $7000. So, I called Nate at Ray Rays and he came out to check out everything and told me that my PRV was not good it was just the water heater. He quoted me a price that was WAY more reasonable! It looks great and they did a better job than the builder!!! Shut they even put a statues code indicator on it. Thanks guys look forward to working with you guys again.”

“What started as a simple toilet issue turned into a much bigger plumbing problem that required a full water line replacement. As a homeowner with an older house, thats never news you want to hear! However, they were honest, respectful, and took the time to explain the issues, our options, and the pricing without making us feel pressured or taken advantage of.What impressed me most was how quickly everything was handled! Ive dealt with companies that take weeks to complete major repairs, but they had everything finished within just 34 days. Jonathan was also training Julian, and both were incredibly kind, professional, and punctual.I truly appreciate their transparency, willingness to work with us on pricing, and quality of service. Ill definitely be calling them again when its time to replace our old toilets. Highly recommend!”

“I had an issue with my water heater and they came out right away and took care of it for us. Couldnt have asked for better service.”
