“Update kitchen remodeling, love how kitchen finish, completed time frame was promised some hiccups , unhook water line for the fridge place it in the wall middle night i heard water dripping, removed old cabinets tore texture ceiling, poor redo on celing, had to reroute plumbing for the new sink , with new plumbing i ask if needed to be vented, did do rework plumbing for a vent, Install garage disposal they didnt remove the plug for the dishwasher . Used one patio furniture as a work bench damaged straps. Some new kitchen cabinets facing had to be replace from cracks or poor finish. Never did final clean up of trash Overall i was happy with completed repair”

“In addition, they responded promptly to our calls & thoroughly answered all our many questions without an inkling of impatience. The subcontractors the Goulds selected exhibited their same work ethic. They comfortably engaged with us and detailed their involvement, addressed concerns & offered alternatives. The sub-contractors’ work product was also superb. The Goulds’ transparent accounting was a welcome surprise. The original bid as well our several modifications were published with detailed/updated charges and invoices. With several previous (non-Goulds) remodeling projects under our belt, we appreciate the Goulds’ excellence and offer our highest recommendation!”

“Justin and his Footprints Bath&Tile team are organized and efficient. They provide a great and beautiful full bathroom renovation for a better price than you typical GC. Keep it up Justin”
