“Over 6 months after having JES complete installing a liner, dehumidifier and pump under our family room addition, we still noticed water. The service repair person, Ethan Mooney, recently came and found that the pump was never plugged in! Ethan was professional and not only fixed that easy problem but installed new equipment and inspected the liner. He was wonderful.”

“Leonard did a great job with our pre-drywall inspection. He identified several important items that we were able to bring to the builder’s attention before the walls were closed. His report was detailed, easy to understand, and included helpful photos. He also took the time to explain his findings afterward and answered my husbands questions. Even our realtor complimented the quality and thoroughness of his work. Sabrina was also wonderful to work with throughout the process. She was very responsive, communicated clearly, and made scheduling and coordinating the inspection easy. Overall, we had a great experience with Leonard and Ellingwood Pro and would definitely recommend them, especially to anyone purchasing a new construction home.”
