“I called a couple companies to get estimates because I needed PVC pipe to be run from the sump pump down approximately 10 ft and vented outside of my house. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out to give me an estimate. Two individuals came out, assessed the situation one of them then mentioned that they also clean vents. I told him that I was not interested he then said he would do it as a courtesy (he never followed up on this). When Karus (plumber) arrived the next day, he was on time and I could tell he was focused and wanted to get right to work. When Karus completed the work, he showed me how he ran the pipe from the sump pump to the outside. Karus cleaned up the area before he left. He was very professional and pleasant to be around. I would recommend Karus for future plumbing issues.”

“They are the best company ever! They go above and beyond to get the job done correctly. The pressure in our well water based home was non existent before they came and fixed it. Very reasonably priced. They did not try to sell you anything that you didn’t need. Everyone I saw about my water heater told me to replace it but not then they just had to drain it and clean it out for it to begin working independently. They are coming back to install an iron filter that they recommend because the water softener is not enough for the hardness of my water.”

“Very friendly and quality service. Had a leak from a pipe going into the basement that was repaired quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend to my friends and neighbors .”

“Jack showed up on time and installed our new faucet. He also was prepared to work with the new sink drains we had purchased. Because they were different from the old ones he was able to make it work using new pipes that he had brought along. Because I had taken good pictures he could see what he Neto complete the job.”

“Mario Sewer & Drain came out same day, diagnosed the issue quickly and gave a reasonable quote. Was very pleased with the work, highly recommend them!”
