“We had an outstanding experience working with On Design & Remodeling on a major home renovation, and we truly cant recommend them enough. Our original project included converting a backyard deck into a beautiful, enclosed office connected to our master bedroom, a kitchen update, and full remodels of two bathrooms. From the start, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication. The quotes were competitive, any change orders we requested were reasonable, and we were never hit with unexpected "gotcha" costs, which allowed us to manage the remodel budget effectively. We also want to give a special thank you to the design team. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process by providing thoughtful feedback, making great suggestions, and even accompanying us to design showrooms to help select materials. Their guidance made a huge difference in bringing everything together in a way that felt both cohesive and personalized. What really set On Design apart, though, was their care for our day-to-day living situation. We were living in the home during construction (and expecting our first child), and the entire team was incredibly respectful, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout the process. They carefully planned the project around which spaces we needed access to and when, making what could have been a stressful experience feel very manageable.Because of how great the experience was, we even expanded the project mid-way to include enclosing and insulating the garage, adding a ceiling, and reworking a wall to create a much more functional laundry closet. The quality and communication stayed top-notch throughout. One moment that really stuck with usMartin (crewmember) even wished us well as we were heading to the hospital for the birth of our baby!A huge thank you to project managers Raz and Sofia for keeping everything organized and on track, and to foremen Vicente and Sergio and the entire crew for their craftsmanship and kindness. They truly felt like partners in the process. We would absolutely work with On Design & Remodeling again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely caring team.”

“If youre looking for a trustworthy general contractor near me, I highly recommend Inspired Builders.”

“I interviewed — and I kid you not — eight different Bay Area contractors just to get a feel for pricing, transparency, and overall vibe. OT Bay stood out immediately. Ron, our project manager, has been consistently honest, kind, and communicative from day one. There was no pressure or vague answers — just clear explanations and realistic expectations. That alone made a big difference for me. We hired OT Bay to demolish and remodel our kitchen countertops, fireplace, and shower. The process was organized, the crew was professional and respectful of our home, and the work turned out beautifully. They showed up when they said they would and followed through on what was discussed. We did run into a few design issues along the way — completely on us — and OT Bay was incredibly accommodating. Instead of making it stressful or transactional, they were understanding and proactive in helping us adjust the plan. Ron would often say that he wanted us to walk away loving the finished work, and I genuinely feel like he meant that. He worked with us to make sure we were happy with the outcome. I’m always cautious about getting taken advantage of with service providers, especially when pricing isn’t rigidly set. From day one, OT Bay was transparent and straightforward, and over time that built a level of trust I honestly didn’t expect to have with a contractor. If you’re looking for a team that communicates clearly, handles challenges professionally, and stands behind their work, OT Bay Builders is worth considering. Ron and his team were a solid choice for us.”

“Our new kitchen turned out even better than we imagined, and I would highly recommend Roi to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor who truly takes pride in his work.”

“The quality of work is outstanding, and the finishing touches show true attention to detail. If you want a contractor you can trust with both the big vision and the top notch craftsmanship, Radvand Construction is the one.”

“fairly large-sized project comprising house expansion, resurfacing exterior, renovating interior, ADU addition, and hardscaping a 1-acre lot including pool resurfacing. After interviewing several contractors whose timeline and budget estimates were not feasible, I found Ellie, who estimated almost half the timeline of others with competitive pricing. This, along with his confident approach, convinced me to go with him. While there were surprises as we opened up the old house, I was impressed that Ellie and his team kept to the original timeline estimate. His budget guarantee was particularly reassuring - knowing the initial estimate was firm gave me peace of mind throughout the project. When we discovered issues inside the walls requiring additional work, the extra costs were fair and transparent, and I ultimately decided to replace all the insulation, sewer pipes, and water pipes.Renovation can be a stressful process with countless details to manage, but working with Ellie made it significantly easier. Throughout the project, he and his team functioned more like partners than contractors, consistently prioritizing my interests and simplifying my role as the homeowner. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Level Up, especially for larger-scale projects where their project management skills and efficiency really shine.”
