“After meeting with so many contractors, you can tell when someone is salesman/pushy versus genuinely good person who just wants to do a good job. He immediately could tell that she was originally being taken advantage of(her contact had charged her an outrageous amount and taken over 5 months to do a job that would have taken aldaberto 2 weeks and a fraction of the cost). He told us all the issues and where he thought he would have problems, gave an approximate estimate for the supplies my aunt wanted and the quote for labor. She had guests coming Saturday and he had a job that would not be done until Wednesday. So he was there Thursday am, supplies in tow and finished the whole job by Saturday pm. He was communicative and patient with my (80+ year old aunt who enjoys talking and had trust issues now, since she was scammed) and he essentially held her hand the whole way. AND went out of his way to text me almost daily with an update. The first pics are of the botched job from the scammer and you can tell where he came and fixed it. He was amazing and I hope he can do a job in the bay for us as well. I highly recommend him.”

“Our new foundation was ready, but no framing contractors were available. As my wife cries to one of our distant neighbors, Shawn overhears and says, "I can Help." He came down to our house and I said yes to his proposal. The rest is history! Our house is built. 2235 s.f. It was such a pleasure to work with Shawn. I was thankful that he put up with my inexperience. Even though we only used him for our framing & sheathing, he was available to help us with other parts of our project as well. I have no complaints about Shawn or the work he did for us, and I fully recommend him to you.”

“And Macario's sub-contractors were on-time and did a good job. Macario is well connected, after his many years in the trades. Both my wife & I are very happy now....and our new Tenants are thoroughly enjoying their new home, while planning their future Family together.A lot of our friends & neighbors watched the Renovation project as it progressed. Towards the end of the project, many of them took "tours" of the house with us. Several of them were so impressed, that they wanted Macario's contact information for their own Home Improvement projects.Needless to say, we highly recommend Macario and his Team, for any Home Improvement and/or repair projects you may have. You can't beat Macario's customer service and prompt responses. And the end result of their work is well done !”
