“Great job quality and a lot of responsibility an excellent professional”

“After owning our home for over 40 years we were finally ready to remodel the original 1956 master bathroom. We interviewed 4 other contractors before meeting with "For-U-Builders" who seemed to share our vision for transforming our obsolete bathroom into a masterpiece of timeless design combined with quality craftsmanship. Each member of their team, from the owner to the sub-contractors approached the job with professionalism and enthusiasm, along with the in-house coordinator who communicated almost daily with ordering & scheduling details, assuring that the project was well orchestrated from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the results and feel fortunate to have had this firm complete our dream bathroom on time and at a reasonable (middle of the range) cost. We will surely be using them again for our future projects.”

“My yard had a definite slant towards my house, causing my basement pump to work overtime. LCS came in and assessed the problem. They did an awesome job grading the yard so water flowed away from my house. They put additional topsoil for a new lawn and the grass grew in really nice. I would highly recommend them.”

“Colin is a young professional contractor that installed a new 20 x 20 deck at my house that could be in a Better Homes and Gardens magazine. He is prompt, keeps in constant contact with the customer and is available if any issues arise.”

“They remodeled our bathroom, fully gutted and redone. They were efficient, friendly, and listened to all of the design aspects I wanted. Will hire them again in the future.”

“There was electrical work, plumbing work, sheet rock, tiling, windows, ceilings, new appliances, cabinets, countertops, exterior roof, etc. The project looks amazing!”
