“Kenneth installed laminate flooring in my home. The floor was flawless, he and his worker did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend this company for anything that you need. I was very impressed about his performance and professionalism. I will definitely call on him again. Job well done.”

“We hired Brad Phillips to do some reepair work on my small patio, and we could not be happier with the result. From start to finish, he was a pleasure to work with. He was flexible and attentive to all of our suggestions, and he truly listened to what we wanted. His professionalism and punctuality were impeccable. As seniors who can no longer do this type of work ourselves, we were especially touched by his caring and kind nature. The quality of his work was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Given the high standard of service and the quality of his work, we feel that his pricing was a great value. We are very pleased to have found such a reliable and professional handyman. We will definitely call on him again. Thanks Brad!”

“They brought all the wood and tools necessary which was amazing bc no hassle for me. They quickly and nearly quietly worked and were done within a day a half. They even had the idea to add some decorative trim to make it look like other closet doors in the room. It looks amazing and works great!”

“It was also a great help that Jordan handled the subcontracted work of painting and electrical, without us personally having to coordinate multiple contractors on our own. He had the perfect combination of professionalism and personableness when communicating, and graciously assisted with all the changes and requests we made. On top of all that, he is fairly priced and was fully transparent with all charges. Couldn't ask for better and so glad we went with Spitzley Builds! Will definitely be our go-to for future projects”
