“He repainted the whole house and removed all the popcorn off ceiling-2255 square feet Clean, neat, kind, quality and always communicated with us !! Words cannot express our happiness!! First pic is before Second and third are after painting but new countertops coming. Thank you Karl I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and did everything in 2 weeks”

“Irving did a perfect job repairing a drywall ceiling hole/collapse above my stove caused by an upstairs plumbing leak. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Solidly professional, he responds promptly to communications and thoroughly explains what the job involves. He worked efficiently, did an excellent repair job, took care to protect the surrounding kitchen area, and left it clean when he was done. On top of all that, Irving couldn't be a nicer, more personable man to work with. Friendly, interesting and respectful. I will definitely use PAINT AND SIMPLE for my next project.”

“Jonathan and Jose went above and beyond to make sure all my expectations were met and that I received good value for my money. The house looks great and they did a good quality job. Jonathan helped me with a few things around the house that were not paint related and I could not be more pleased! I actually miss having him around the house! Great guy!”
