“I recently had a problem as the condo unit above had a water leak that damaged my recently renovated bathroom ceiling. As the renovation was only one year old, it was important to me that the repair be done well and the ceiling look as good as new. Ken and Element Properties was excellent throughout the process. He was detailed and precise during the bid stage, providing me with a very clear quote of the time and cost to make the repair. Ken was very responsive throughout, showed up as arranged, appeared both days on time and worked very efficiently, minimizing any disruption to the rest of my home. He completely cleaned the work area and made sure I was completely satisfied before concluding his work.I was very impressed by Element Properties, LLC and their professionalism. I would gladly work with them again in the future.”

“Walls and ceiling look great! Highly recommend them!”

“Jefferson and his team, did an AMAZING JOB! I own a classic 1900 colonial home with lots of detail from plate trays, to china cabinets. I asked Jefferson and his team to take my very detailed 1900's dining room with lots of details, stained wood on the windows, a pocket door!, plate tray, trim, crown molding, a very old china cabinet and popcorn walls. Jefferson and his team gently sanded the stain wood, primed, and put two coats of paint on the trim and wall. They took their time and made sure nothing was missed. HIRE JBS!”

“We had some miscommunications which were partly my fault of not having a clear vision for the ceiling, but when I expressed my concerns to him he immediately took care of it and corrected everything. I highly recommend him!”
