“Hannah was absolutely amazing! She came to do a private session for my birthday and did not disappoint! Conversation was amazing as well as the workout itself! We also really loved the archetype cards she brought us.”

“Diedre is one of the Best yoga teachers I have ever taken a class from. Caring and committed to the entire session. I would recommend her services”

“Carl's energy is so positive, encouraging, and motivating. HIs understanding of human anatomy and training in LYT yoga makes his classes very accessible and transformative. I always leave refreshed, relaxed, and stronger. I try to attend as many of his classes as I can when I'm in town. Highly recommend!!”

“Tatiana was absolutely exceptional! We had a large group for a celebratory weekend and everyone who attended her session expressed how much they enjoyed the sound bath and yoga class. Her love and commitment to the yoga experience was quite evident. It was definitely the highlight of the weekend. Very spiritual. Well Done Tatiana!! Thank you so much.”
