“Im writing this review with the most sincerity behind my message. Anthony has been more than just an excellent personal trainer. He has been a support system, a friend, a motivator and truly has changed my outlook on how I approach exercise and staying healthy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make movement a part of their daily life in a safe and supportive environment. Each session he was able to not only motivate me but teach me how to safely do these exercises on my own. He does not know this, but I truly appreciate the confidence that he has given me during the time weve worked together. If youre looking to start an exercise regimen, or just want to move your body daily, in a safe and healthy way, Anthony is your guy! Thank you so much!”

“She is so kind and is truly amazing at what she do I’m so glad we found each other. I would 100% recommend her 🙌🏽”

“Natalie is an amazing yoga instructor. She truly cares about her clients and her craft!”

“I’ve done 3 in-home sessions with Camille so far and honestly loved them. The sessions are a really good mix of strength training, stretching, mobility, and yoga, so I leave feeling both worked out and relaxed at the same time. Everything is adjusted to your level, which made me feel comfortable right away. I still have 7 sessions left and I already know I’ll be signing up again after. Highly recommend.”

“Malathi was wonderful . I booked this session last minute , as a gift for a soon to be retired principal and her teachers. The session was described as “amazing” by the participants. She was punctual and flexible. She offered to do chair yoga after asking a few questions about the group. Overall , I was thrilled she was able to do it. Thank you!”
