“I really really appreciate my technician, Chad Edwards, that came out and inspected my property. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that would need to be done. He was very personable and I felt as though he did have my best interests at heart. He also did not mind my three dogs bothering him in the meantime. While I am not sure whether or not I will be moving forward with him. I do appreciate what was done. Thank you so much for your assistance!”

“Very thorough home inspection. I received a detailed report and was able to identify all possible maintenance issues and fixes needed. All questions were answered and I received great recommendations to maintain the quality of my home. I wouldn’t go to anyone else in the future.”
