“I recently hired JCB Home Improvements for a serious roof leakage issue, and Im extremely satisfied with their service. Their team conducted a full inspection, explained the root cause in detail, and suggested the best long-term solution instead of a quick patch. The repair work was completed efficiently with high-quality materials, and since then, there has been no leakage even after heavy rainfall. Very professional and trustworthy company.”

“We bought a house with a gas fireplace and wanted someone familiar with chimneys to look over the setup. I found the explanation of what applied to our particular fireplace more useful than a generic checklist.”

“I had a great experience with GMT Chimney Services. They were extremely responsive and able to come out quickly when I needed help after a bird got stuck in my chimney (thankfully it was fine!).They cleaned my gas fireplace, removed bird nesting and debris from the chimney pipe, and installed a new cover to prevent future issues. The team was professional, neat, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.Overall, they were easy to work with and did a thorough job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing chimney or fireplace services.”

“I was looking to do a chimney cleaning and I came across a few companies and ended up going with Top Tier cause of the reviews. When the appointment was made I was told that the chimney needed to be inspected first so I went ahead with it. The gentleman that came out, Mike, did the inspection and he told me that the interior of the chimney was in really bad shape. I asked how much it would cost to repair and I believe he gave me a fair price for all the materials and work. Also, it comes with a lifetime warranty which I always love! Mike and his brother came out a couple weeks later to do the job. Mike initially told me the job wouldnt take too long but he came across some issues which made the job take longer. He had to go to the exterior of the chimney and remove a couple of bricks to be able to complete the interior chimney work. He ended up re-bricking and cementing the area extremely well. I was very impressed how he handled the problem by being patient and professional. Im extremely satisfied with the results. Highly recommended!”
