“I’m so grateful for his help and wish all contractors were as wonderful.”

“It's not often when I can find a contractor that is trustworthy, professional and efficient. I spent quite a bit of time with Dale during his first visit; he's extremely honest and he was not trying to have me spend money unnecessarily. Because I was trusting his expertise, it meant a lot to know that he was trying to save me money while trying to do a quality job. Dale did a quality assessing the issues with my boiler. He provided excellent service and remained professional throughout. He exhibited great customer service and he was very personable. I would definitely refer him to my family & friends for any HVAC work. He's extremely affordable and provides quality service. 5 Star Service with a 3 Star price tag.”

“Great work, even coming behind another contractor and fixing mistakes that could have been big deals. We will use Orlando for future work”

“Dave Arnold, the owner, is someone I came to trust, particularly after a slew of contractors before him failed to show up and/or keep their word. Daves crews do quality work, the outcome was excellent, and I highly recommend Arnold Property Improvement to anyone looking for a reputable company.”
