“The final project included an attic conversion with dormer, second floor laundry room, second floor bathroom, new wired smoke detectors and electrical, and a ton of finishing including paint and flooring. The most important qualities in a contractor are trustworthiness and communication, and Rob excels at both. He is reliable, responsive (always quick to reply via text, email, or call), and simply does what he says he's going to do. He and his team were a pleasure to have in our home, even with our kids around. The project cost was significant, and we appreciated that Rob was completely transparent with his pricing model. To Rob's immense credit, he never shied away from a challenge. When he wasn't 100% sure of the "right" way to tackle something, he would do his research to find the best solution. He also showed a strong commitment to meeting our high-quality expectations, even when it meant re-doing work and eating some of the cost on his end to get it right. This commitment to quality and problem-solving is exactly what you want in a GC.The transformation of our home is incredible. Rob was a true partner in the process, and we will absolutely be hiring Signature Series Construction for our future projects.”
