“The additional cost was minimal, necessary, and absolutely worth it. A Transformation That Left My Family Speechless My family was shocked when they saw the transformation. Early in the process, Josue told me he wanted me to feel a sense of awe when I walked into the finished home — and he delivered exactly that. My home is now one that I love and is my favorite home EVER. Communication & Integrity I had many questions throughout the project, and Josue answered every one promptly. He often met me at the house to walk through details to ensure I felt confident in our decisions and understood the process. He and his wife are hardworking, ethical, and genuinely good people—the kind you want to see succeed. I am certain I would have paid more and received less had I chosen another company. I look at my home today and see all the things done that made such a tremendous difference that the other companies didn’t think to offer doing, and they charged me more in their the bids. Hiring Stuch LLC was an outstanding decision, and I would absolutely hire Stuch LLC for future projects.”

“They came out, repaired the damaged concrete on my front porch, and replaced the rotting fence. The work was done quickly and looks good.”

“Jim of Kerby Construction did a fantastic job rehabbing the screened porch. No surprises, on time and the finished job exceeded my expectations. The porch was riddled with wood rot, loose and torn screens, and had poor drainage. I can now use the porch the way I wanted when buying the house. I recommend Kerby Construction for these kind of projects without hesitation.”

“I had a great experience with JC Solutions. He did a really good job figuring out what was going on with my floor and caught an issue with the type of flange that I probably would’ve overlooked. He knew exactly how to fix it and got everything taken care of the right way. He was also able to get the job done really quickly, which I really appreciated. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend JC Solutions to anyone needing work done!”
