“I even received a personal follow-up call after the service was completed to see how everything went and whether I had any additional questions. That level of customer service truly stood out!Jonathan, the technician, was equally professional and knowledgeable. He installed my new garage door opener and replaced several essential components. He took the time to explain the work he completed and walked me through how to operate my new opener.Overall, Im extremely pleased with the quality of service and professionalism from both Mo and Jonathan. I highly recommend ProLift!”

“I met today with Josh to review an issue in a rental property of mine. Josh called me to say he was at another location and would be late because the landlord did not leave a key to lock up. I appreciated the courtesy call to let me know he was running late. Josh inspected my unit and I was relieved to find out only have an issue with caulking on a new tub I had installed a few months ago. Josh told my property manager exactly what had to be done to repair the issue. I appreciated his comments and courtesy.”
