“I think it can be a stressful experience reaching out to contractors and opening your home and dealing with personalities. I can personally recommend Oleh for not only the craftsmanship of his work but also the ease of which he interacts with his customers and even goes the extra mile. We had a kitchen floor that wasn’t supported well and was sagging and Oleh came in and had an action plan, quickly scheduled a date, and knocked the project out of the park. Now, our floor is robustly supported and I feel safe having the family in there for meals and activities. Oleh gave us peace of mind and for that we are thankful! I highly recommend you give him the opportunity to work on your projects as well.”

“He quickly understood our requirements to remodel our garage into bedroom with bathroom and suggested ideas for the layout. He is very thorough in his work, extremely tidy when finishing each day and is very professional. In addition, he and his team are really nice guys who work hard to get the job done. Would highly recommend.”

“When we decided to get our basement finished we got three estimates from three good contractors. All were roughly in the same price range. We selected Andy from Precision Construction and Renovations because of a few great design ideas he recommended. We did all of them and love it. He built a beautiful tile shower and little kitchenette and opened up our stairway down to the basement. As well as building the shiplap wall with fireplace and TV mount. No regrets and enjoy our new cozy room. You won’t regret hiring Andy and Mike. Always very polite and addressed all of our questions and issues.”

“We had a great experience with One Roof Construction. The attention to detail throughout our bathroom renovation was impressive. Everything came together beautifully, and the finished space looks amazing. Highly recommend!”
